Preparation is the Key to Success
Make sure your car is in relatively clean condition. All scratches and dents will need to be noted on our condition report by the driver prior to loading on the transport. Having a clean car ensures that all damages will be noted.
Clear out any personal items from your vehicle. There should be absolutely nothing of value in the vehicle. This includes the trunk. Under no circumstances are we liable for items left in the vehicle.
If you have an aftermarket radio installed, the faceplate needs to be removed.
All instructions for disabling or enabling an aftermarket security system need to be provided to the driver.
Any aftermarket accessories such as bike racks, bed liners, or Tonto covers need to be secured or removed. We are not liable for accessories that become damage in-transit due to wind and or road debris.
Any aftermarket antennas need to be removed. The standard manufacture antenna is fine.
Please make sure the vehicle has a minimum of a quarter of a tank of fuel. Your vehicle may need to be loaded and unloaded several more times as the truck continues to pick up other vehicles, depending on its placement on the truck.
